Combating the Loneliness of Leadership
Being a leader can be a lonely road, especially in a work setting. You are a steward of your company’s resources including time, money, and people – especially people. One of the many things a leader is responsible for is making the hard decisions and usually, “The Buck Stops Here.” That can make for a very lonely existence. In this episode, we discuss how to address that loneliness and be a more effective leader.
